Those brushes are for GIMP application. They have .gbr extension and they won’t work with Photoshop. If you are looking for Photoshop brushes, just search within the Photoshop Brushes category.

Just to let you know, the latest version of Gimp can use ANY .abr brush. And yes, that even includes CS3 brushes.

They look very nice, I’ve got one suggestion though: how about choosing a Creative Commons license? They seem to fit your needs and it’s very easy to pick the right one. This has the advantage of you having a solid legal framework to protect your work, and for us to easily recognize the terms of use.

Well, I thought about Creative Commons, but I Couldn’t pick one that would let you use brushes in all possible ways
Creative Commons give some restrictions that I don’t want you to have 
My brushes are closer to Public Domain than Creative Commons, so I’ll think about releasing them rather as public domain.

urm, now there’s this new version of gimp, gim 2.6
i cant find the brushes folde..
all i see is bin,setup,etc,lib,share!!!!
I REALLY WANT TO USE THESE BRUSHES!!!

I just figured out how to download and use brushes and I LOVE your brushes!
I have to say though, this is my all time fave!
The star one is pretty usefull too though!
